Week 1
Surrender & Clear
The first 7 days of your emotional detox is designed to surrender and clear our minds of toxicity. Our minds are flooded with negativity all the time, whether it is through our own stinking thinking or implanted toxicity through media, family, or other people I like to call “energy vampires”! Each day you turn on the news, channel after channel is flooded with violence, crime, and pain. Every show you watch centers around drama and pain. Magazines show images of pretty people, or celebrity screw ups, and prompt us to buy buy buy! With so much noise, it is easy to lose control. During this first week, it’s time to wave the white flag and surrender this toxicity, while learning quick tips and tools to help you clear the nonsense and lift the emotional fog you have been in.

Week 2
Mindfulness Training
Once the fog has lifted, it’s time to get to work! I always say: “Change requires work and happiness requires training.” And during week number 2, that is just what you are going to do. This week is about reclaiming your inner piece and taking back control. Here you will condition and train your mind to stomp out the noise and enhance your mindfulness. By simply applying our 3-step mindfulness process you will not only effectively alter your thoughts, you will also drastically improve your feelings and habits. Here you begin to feel centered and back in the driver’s seat. Your mind will rejoice with clarity and calm. Through journaling, mindfulness techniques, patience, and discipline, your mind can switch from being your worst enemy to your best friend.

Week 3
Clean, Clear, In-Control
Week 3, my favorite. Here is where intention, purpose, and direction come into play. It is during this final week where you can begin to align your affirmation with your actions. By this stage, hopefully, you have gotten out of your way and now the focus is on moving forward. Intention is what I call the foundation of purpose. With conscious and intentional focus, you can find meaning in everything and begin to participate in creating the life you want vs. having life dictate what you get. Life will always throw you curve balls, this can never be avoided, however, with a clear and purposeful mind you can turn those curve balls into a home run. This can only result from a clear, focused, and intentional mind. This final week of your 21-Day Emotional Detox™ is designed to do just that.

I LOVE videos. I love making them, watching them, and sharing them. So, when I designed this program, I couldn’t help making them a part of it! Each week you get a specialized video to help you visually get clear with that week’s practice. We have demo’s, tutorials, and goofiness all combined into a sweet treat just for you.
Homework
Yep, it’s back to school for you my friend! Each week during your 21-Day Detox, you will have homework and exercises to do. This is where the magic happens. The homework is easy and, as promised, shouldn’t take you more than 10 minutes a day! You’re going to love all the tools, questions, and exercises!! It’s fun!
Why Should I Detox My Mind?
Why you ask? Well, it’s because your mind affects everything. Your mind is responsible for your joy, happiness, motivation, procrastination, bad habits, your weight, your relationships; you name it, and your mind affects it. It’s like I always say, “Get your mind right, and everything else will fall into place.” But where do we get emotional training?
Certainly not in school or work, and for most of us, certainly not at home. In-fact, for many of us we have to seek it out on our own, but it’s when we seek it out that usually is the problem. Typically someone starts searching for answers only after a problem has occurred. There is an old saying that says we only change for 2 reasons: you either learn enough where you want to, or you hurt enough where you have too. In most cases, we seek out tools and help only after the pain is unbearable, then we go back to “normal” until the cycle starts again.
Here’s my theory: Get off the crazy train and never stop learning. Adopt what we call a beginners mind towards life, and open yourself up to new opportunities for growth. If you are constantly in a state of learning, you will keep learning enough where you want to grow and the pain of ‘having too’ never gets to an unbearable point. Sounds brilliant to me!
Well, being in a constant state of learning requires a clear and steady mind. Without it, our emotions will keep us in a place of survival where we can never reach a thriving place. You must first “get out of the way so that you can get on with your life!”
